Chef David Farahat. David's background as Executive Chef at a variety of
restaurants in the New York City Area enhances our fresh and cutting
edge approach to cuisine as well as a flexibility not
found in many catering companies. David, with his background in restaurant management,
completes the team by being responsible for overall food
and beverage controls while assisting with menu and
recipe writing. This team of professionals directs a
staff dedicated to excellence.
